How To Order

This page will detail how to order products from Dave Rayner Cyclesport.

Making a purchase couldn't be easier! Simply browse through our catalogue, and when you find a product that you wish to buy click on the 'Add to Cart' button on the product page -- and the item will be placed into your shopping cart. If you wish, you can then continue shopping and add more items to your basket.

Check the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking 'Show Cart' at the left of the screen (in the 'Your Account' section).

When the contents of your basket are displayed you have several options: at any time you can remove a single item by clicking on the 'Trash Can' delete button; you can also change the quantity of each purchase by altering the number in the 'Quantity' box and then click the 'Update' button.

When you have selected all the items that you require click on the 'Checkout' link -- you will then be asked to enter some personal information we need to complete the order.

ORDER AND PAYMENT OPTIONS
Note: All Prices are inclusive of VAT.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD
We accept Switch, Delta, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
You must ensure that you are fully entitled to use that card when you provide the details to Dave Rayner Cyclesport.
Your credit or debit card will not be charged until your goods are sent.

PAYMENT BY PAYPAL
Place your order online and choose the PayPal option in the check out section.
You will then be diverted to the PayPal website to make your payment.
(If you have not used PayPal before, you will need to register with them)

PAYMENT BY NOCHEX
Place your order online and choose the NoChex option in the check out section.
You will then be diverted to the NoChex website to make your payment.
(If you have not used NoChex before, you will need to register with them)

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, VAT at the current prevailing rate is included in the price shown. All other orders will be invoiced VAT free.

Order Acceptance Policy

Final order acknowledgement is not a contract and does not constitute an acceptance of your order, but only a record of your offer to purchase a particular item at a particular price. After you place an order, Dave Rayner Cyclesport will determine whether or not to fill the order, and may refuse or limit your order for any reason. Dave Rayner Cyclesport reserves the right to accept, refuse, or limit your order for any reason, including, but not limited to, credit review, the unavailability of a product or errors in the prices and product descriptions posted on this web site. By placing your order, you agree that Dave Rayner Cyclesport total liability, under any legal theory or claim, shall be limited to the purchase price actually paid to PDave Rayner Cyclesport for the product giving rise to Dave Rayner Cyclesport liability.
